The TOEFL Online Course test is divided into four sections that assess your reading, listening, speaking, and writing skills:
1. Reading (60-80 minutes)
This section consists of 3-4 academic passages. You will be tested on your ability to understand and analyze the content, structure, and vocabulary.
2. Listening (60-90 minutes):
In this section, you will listen to academic lectures, classroom discussions, and conversations, and then answer questions about the material.
3. Speaking (20 minutes):
You will respond to six tasks, including two on familiar topics and four based on reading and listening exercises. You’ll need to provide clear and organized verbal responses.
4. Writing (50 minutes)
The writing section involves two tasks: one where you’ll respond to a prompt after reading a passage and listening to a recording, and another where you’ll write an essay based on a specific question. TOEFL Online Course
TOEFL scores range from 0 to 120 points. Each section of the test—Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing—is scored out of 30 points, and the scores are combined to create your final score.
Scores below 80 may limit your options for university admission, but it’s still acceptable for some institutions or visa applications. TOEFL Online Course
